Founder Ryan Calloway started Listing Ladder after his own team tripled production in four years — not with magic, but with checklists, scripts, and a ruthless weekly scorecard. Agents kept asking for the paperwork behind the growth, so he turned it into a curriculum.
Today our coaches are working producers and former team leaders who teach only what they run themselves. Every script is field-tested, every system is measured, and every program ends with numbers you can point to.
